Privacy Policy

PixelHarborDesign ("we", "us") is the controller of personal data submitted through this website and our project intake channels. Our registered address is 07010, Crer. Ca Don Marc, 9 P01 A, Illes Balears, Palma de Mallorca, Spain, and we can be reached at [email protected].

1.1 What we collect

When you contact us or commission work, we may process: your name, email address, phone number, company name, project brief contents, budget range, and correspondence history. Payment transactions are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

1.2 Why we process it

We process this data to respond to inquiries, prepare and execute design contracts, deliver projects, issue invoices, meet legal accounting obligations, and — where you have opted in — send occasional studio updates. The legal bases are contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest in operating the studio (Art. 6(1)(f)), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)), and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

1.3 Sharing & retention

Data is shared only with essential processors (hosting, email, payment, and analytics providers) bound by data-processing agreements. We never sell personal data. Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months; contractual and fiscal records for the periods required by Spanish and EU law.

1.4 Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Rights Request". You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

Terms of Service

Engagement framework

These terms govern design services provided by PixelHarborDesign at 07010, Crer. Ca Don Marc, 9 P01 A, Illes Balears, Palma de Mallorca, Spain. A project begins when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work (SOW) and any kickoff payment clears.

Scope & revisions. Each engagement includes the revision rounds stated in the SOW. Additional rounds, pages, or features outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before work continues.

Fees & payment. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless noted. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless a payment plan is agreed. Secure online payment may be completed via the Pay link in our navigation. Late payments may pause active work after written notice.

Client duties. You confirm you have rights to all materials you supply (copy, logos, imagery) and will provide timely feedback. Delays in feedback or assets may shift delivery dates accordingly.

Intellectual property. Upon full payment, final approved deliverables and client-specific designs are assigned to you. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and generic know-how, and may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid for the affected engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, with courts of Palma de Mallorca having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Cookie Policy

Local storage & tracking disclosure

PixelHarborDesign uses cookies and similar browser technologies to keep the site secure, remember your choices, and understand aggregate usage of our pages.

Strictly necessary. Session and security cookies that protect forms and site integrity. These cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality.

Preference storage. We store a flag in your browser's localStorage (key: cookie_accepted) when you acknowledge our consent banner, so the notice does not reappear on every visit. Clearing site data removes it.

Analytics. Where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics help us see which service pages are useful. Analytics cookies are only set after you acknowledge the banner, where consent is required.

Third-party embeds. The contact page includes a Google Maps frame. Loading that map may allow Google to set its own cookies under Google's policies. You can avoid this by using our text address and directions links instead of loading the map.

Managing cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Questions? Write to [email protected].

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear money-back rules

We want every engagement with PixelHarborDesign to feel fair and transparent. This policy explains when refunds apply for design projects booked from 07010, Crer. Ca Don Marc, 9 P01 A, Illes Balears, Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

Before work starts. If you cancel before any design work has begun, any deposit or kickoff payment is refunded in full, less non-recoverable third-party fees already paid on your behalf.

Mid-project cancellation. After work begins, we bill for completed work and reserved capacity up to the cancellation date. The unused remainder of prepaid fees is refunded within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Satisfaction window. If a deliverable materially deviates from the approved SOW and we cannot correct it after two good-faith revision attempts, you may request a partial or full refund for the affected milestone, at our reasonable discretion.

Retainers & subscriptions. Monthly retainers and design subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle; the current cycle is non-refundable once the included hours or requests have begun to be used.

How to request. Email [email protected] with your project name, invoice number, and reason. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and resolve approved refunds within 14 business days.
